Being from out of town, we were unaware this was their first day opening after the Covid shut down. The food was absolutely amazingly delicious!!! The atmosphere was outstanding!! We actually had an entire room to ourselves!! Our server, Jason, was outstanding! I had the hash brown casserole, sausage and grits. The grits were the absolute best I have ever had in my life!! I was looking around for a refill ..... which the owner, James, made sure I had in no time! My fiancee had biscuits and gravy with sausage on the side and James also provided more gravy when requested. We are returning to Montgomery in a few weeks and we will be returning!!

Now open again! Dine in, carry out too. Fantastic meals with a German influence. Be sure to bring your designated driver if you like German biers!

Each time I've visited Goat Haus, I've had an exceptional time. The team is inviting, the food is spectacular, and the atmosphere is one-of-a-kind. It's my favorite breakfast spot in MGM. And it's a great after hours spot as well.

About us

When you come to the Goat Haus, we want you to feel welcomed, relaxed, and know that you are in a place that truly cares about you and your well being.

Besides great craft beer, wines, ciders, nightly bites and weekend brunch, we offer a variety of ways to experience the biergarten -- inside on relaxing lounge chairs or on our tabletop bar stools, outside on our picnic benches, on our front porch in cafe chairs, or on the back porch overlooking downtown Montgomery.

You'll notice that other than a handful of times a year (can you say March Madness?), there won't be TVs to distract you from starting up or joining a conversation.

If you want to just unplug by yourself, don't worry, there are plenty of places to just hang out and not be bothered.

You do you goat, you do you.

Prost!
